Yes. Every menu item is plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free — no modifications needed.

Are your smoothies sweetened?
Our smoothies and bowls are naturally sweetened with whole fruits and sometimes a little agave! 

Do you change your menu seasonally?
We offer four signature flavours throughout the season to maintain consistency, quality, and clearcut service. We offer specials on occasion or upon request.

Do you offer delivery or pick-up?
Not currently, However we visit lots of areas surrounding Chilliwack! Look into booking us for a private event, gathering and many more events! 

Do you offer custom menus?

We offer four signature flavours but have the option of doing custom flavours upon request. For events, we tailor the format — full-size, snack-size, smoothies only, etc. — to align with your needs and the event setup.
